If your Motive Device is not charging, don't worry. Let's troubleshoot the issue together:
- Look for the charging indicator: When the Device is properly connected and charging, you should see a blinking "amber" light on your Motive Device. This indicates that the charging process has started. Once fully charged, the light will turn solid.
- Check the charging cable: Make sure you are using the provided Motive Charging Cable. Using a different cable may not provide the proper connection.
- Proper connection: Ensure that the charging cable is connected securely to both the Motive Device and the power source. Double-check that it is inserted fully and aligned correctly.
