If you have lost or damaged your Motive Device, we understand the need for a replacement.
Here's what you need to know:
Motive provides a one-year limited warranty on the Motive Device. If your Device develops a fault within the warranty period, we will gladly replace it for you.
- It's important to note that the warranty does not cover damage caused by external factors, including accidents, abuse, misuse, problems with electrical power, usage not following the product instructions, failure to perform required maintenance, or the use of non-Motive parts or components.
- The Motive Device warranty does not cover any Lost or Stolen devices
- Additionally, the warranty does not apply if the product has been repaired or altered by anyone other than Motive Health, or if the Motive product was purchased from unauthorized resellers.
