- Cover still on Therapy Pad: Please ensure you have removed the cover from the Therapy Pad before placing it on your thigh. The cover protects the pad during storage, and removing it allows for direct contact with your skin.
- Therapy Pad placed over clothes: Make sure to place the Therapy Pad directly on your skin. For the best results, please place the Pad directly on the targeted area of your thigh.
- Motive Device disconnected: Check that the Motive Device is firmly seated on the triangle block of your Therapy Pad. Sometimes, the device can become loose or not adequately attached during movement. Make sure it is securely connected for the stimulation to occur.
