How to get started:

1. Purchase Motive Lower Back Therapy Pads https://mymotive.com/products/lower-back-therapy-pad
2. Be sure your MyMotive App is up to date in the App Store or Google Play
3. Open the app. On the main Therapy page, select “Add a Treatment Area”.

4. Select “Lower Back” and follow the in-app steps to register the Motive Lower Back Therapy Pads and begin a lower back session.
