- Control your therapy sessions: The App allows you to start and stop your therapy sessions quickly and provides clear instructions for positioning your Therapy Pad, setting your preferred muscle stimulation levels, and adjusting the therapy intensity to your comfort.
- Monitor Therapy Pad and battery life: The app allows you to track the life of your Therapy Pad and the battery life of your Motive Device. This helps you stay informed and ensures a smooth therapy experience.
- Track your progress: The App provides detailed charts and progress reports, allowing you to monitor your progress over time. You can see how your therapy sessions contribute to your overall well-being and track improvements in your knee health.
- Therapy notifications and reminders: The MyMotive App sends reminders to replace your Therapy Pads when needed.
Helpful tips when using the App:
- When you first open the MyMotive App, ensure your phone has internet access through Wi-Fi or cellular data. You can follow the initial setup steps to connect your Motive Device and prepare for therapy sessions.
- If the App is unresponsive, we recommend closing the App and restarting it. If you have an Apple device follow these instructions to close your App. If you have an Android device reference these instructions.
