- Battery status display: You can quickly check the battery level of your Motive Device on the Home page of the MyMotive App. This gives you a clear indication of how much charge is remaining.
- Charging recommendation: We recommend charging your Motive Device when the battery level approaches 15% or lower. This ensures you always have enough power for your therapy sessions and avoids interruptions.
- Use the provided Charging Cable: To maintain the long life of your Motive Device, it's essential to use the Charging Cable that comes in the Motive box. This cable is specifically designed for the Device and ensures optimal charging performance.

I have never had a device that was more problematic than this. The app is so problematic it kicks me out it turns off it freezes it won't let me back in I spent all night trying to just get my 30 minutes done please fix this you guys really please fix this.
