Taking care of Motive products is easy. Follow the instructions below to clean various components:

Cleaning Motive Device 

If the Motive device has picked up dirt, clean its surface ONLY. Take a damp and soft cloth and clean the outside surface of the device.

• DO NOT sterilize the Motive Device. 
• DO NOT submerge the Motive Device in liquids. 

Cleaning Therapy Pad 

The gel on your Therapy Pad is delicate and can be damaged by cleaning methods. If the gel has collected dirt or hair, it is best to leave it as it is.

• DO NOT clean the Therapy Pad.
• DO NOT touch the Therapy Pad gel.
• DO NOT fold the Therapy Pad.

Cleaning The Wrap

The Wrap can be machine washed. Just ensure the following conditions while washing the Wrap:

• Machine wash on a delicate cycle using cold water. 
• Lay flat to air dry. DO NOT tumble dry.
