No. Using a damaged, delaminated, or peeling Therapy Pad can cause discomfort and even skin burns. It's crucial to take good care of your Pads to ensure the best possible results and a safe experience.
Here are some tips on how to properly maintain and protect your Therapy Pads:
- Removing the cover: To remove the cover from the Therapy Pad, gently grab the corner indicated on the cover. Avoid touching the gel on the Pad as it may damage it.
- Taking off the Pad: When removing the Pad from your thigh, grab the corner indicated on the pad. Again, be careful not to touch the gel to preserve its integrity.
- Using the cover: When you're not using the Pad, make sure to place the cover back on. This helps prevent the gel from drying out and maintains the Pad's effectiveness.
We recommend replacing the Therapy Pad after approximately 14 therapy sessions. Regular replacement ensures that you always have a Pad in optimal condition for your treatments. Remember, maintaining the quality of your therapy equipment is crucial for a successful and comfortable experience.

The gel is peeling off my pads within a use or two. My skin is clean and dry and I using a dime size drop of the conductivity gel. Why are the pads not lasting at all?
