You may start experiencing relief in knee pain and stiffness as quickly as a few days after beginning Motive™ therapy. However, committing to using Motive daily for at least 30 days is recommended.
Motive therapy helps to exercise your thigh muscles (quadriceps), thus, strengthening them over time and significantly reducing the load and pressure on your knee joint. It results in longer-lasting pain relief and increased knee motion.
The more you use Motive, the better you’ll feel.
The following results are from clinical studies conducted on patients who used the device as recommended*:

While we recommend 30 minutes per day, you may choose to do more. For best results, you should apply therapy daily.
